Church Doctrine

We believe:

• The original Scripture is the inspired Word of God, absolutely authoritative and infallible.

• There is one God, eternally existing in three persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

• In the virgin birth and deity of Jesus Christ, who is God the Son.

• That Jesus died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, ascended into Heaven, and is coming again to take His own to a prepared place.

• That man was created in innocence but fell in Adam, and is totally unable to save himself.

• That Satan is a person, Hell is a place of eternal punishment of all unsaved; and Heaven is the eternal home of believers.

• That men are justified on the single grounds of faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

• In the eternal security of the believer.

• That the Holy Spirit is a person, who convicts and regenerates the sinner, indwells, enlightens, empowers and seals the saved.

• That a New Testament Church is an organized body of baptized believers practicing Scriptural ordinances and actively engaged in fulfilling the Great Commission.

• That Christ instituted the ordinances of Baptism by immersion, and the Lord's Supper is to be observed by obedient Christians, until He comes.

• That all saved are called into a life of separation from all worldly and sinful practices.

• It is the obligation of the saved to witness by life and word to these truths and to proclaim the gospel to all the world.
